About
We are facade recladding consultants to our core. In fact, our team includes facade specialists, building scientists, facade architects, facade engineers, industrial designers, material innovators and facade construction specialists. In addition, a versatile support staff backs them up. Above all, our focus is simple: we help clients and building stakeholders find the facade problems that hurt the performance and aesthetics of their buildings. Since our founding in 1997, we have helped building owners, asset managers, associations, architects and engineers solve complex building enclosure issues. We also serve clients in 20+ countries around the world. On every project, we put our clients’ interests first, so that their building enclosures serve the building and its occupants well.
WHAT WE DO
We are the firm you call when your building envelope or facade is not performing, or is ageing faster than your contractors and suppliers promised. First, we listen to you in detail. Then we assess the building envelope and facade elements with our innovative technologies and develop viable solutions. Next, our facade professionals manage the remediation. We also set a budget and ask contractors for prices based on clear remediation drawings and documents. Once we have vetted the trade work, we manage the remediation on your behalf until it is complete. Finally, we test the work against our published requirements. In addition, the contractor’s stipulated warranty covers all of their work. We also archive the as-built documents, and a digital and a hard copy stay with your project for easy reference.
Adaptive Technologies
A core belief of our firm is that facades can borrow adaptive technologies from industries beyond conventional facade design. For example, we research breakthrough technologies in aerospace, automotive, electronics and other fields. As a result, this research often leads us to facade applications that others would not consider. Examples include lightweight high-yield composites, sensory coatings and variable hydraulic metal forming. Moreover, these let us create highly complex planes, comfortable surfaces and curvilinear facade elements. Therefore, adaptive technologies often open up new options for facade aesthetics, performance and long-term durability.

Facade Careers
People are our core strength. So we are always looking for talented facade architects, engineers, product designers and construction managers with at least five years of facade industry experience. In addition, candidates must show excellent spoken and written communication skills. Multilingual skills are also a strong plus, given our geographic markets. Beyond communication, candidates need strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper and 3ds Max. Engineering candidates must also be able to use complex software for structural analysis, thermal dynamics, blast loads and seismic design.
